All strategies, reports, creatives, and marketing materials created by DigiMax remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public business information shared during the project.
DigiMax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business loss, data loss, loss of revenue, or advertising account suspension.
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable.
